Creating a fast, zero-FOUC, accessible public presentation with server-side rendering while delivering an extensive back-office CRM to manage leads, track visitor metrics, and control CMS content.

Architected on Next.js 16 (Turbopack) with React 19, Tailwind CSS v4, custom MySQL connection pooling, secure session management, visitor analytics event tracking, and audit logging.
